Ordering terms and conditions
You can place an order on the website of the Raffia Kyiv online store at raffia.kyiv.ua independently at any time and on any day.
If you have any questions about the product or terms of sale, be sure to discuss them with a store representative before placing an order in a way convenient for you during business hours from 10:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2) from Monday to Friday.
Placing an order or changing an already placed order by phone, in a messenger chat, during personal correspondence on the Instagram network is also possible. At the same time, the Raffia Kyiv online store is not responsible for errors made when placing an order or changing an already placed order. In this case, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
After ordering, the product is reserved for 2 days, after which the unpaid order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery terms and conditions
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the Transport Company "Nova Poshta" or the National Postal Operator "Ukrposhta". Delivery abroad is carried out by Ukrposhta and the postal operator of the Buyer's country.
The Buyer pays the full cost of the goods and postal expenses, after which the Seller organizes the delivery of the shipment by postal services to the specified address. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees established by the legislation of the destination country are not included in the order value and shall be paid by the Buyer independently upon receipt of the parcel.
Orders are sent:
- Nova Poshta - every day except Saturday, Sunday and weekends;
- Ukrposhta - only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
An order for which payment was received on the seller's account before 17:00 (GMT+2) is usually sent on the same day. At the same time, due to possible air raid sirens, scheduled or emergency power outages, as well as seasonal loads, the shipment may be delayed.
