According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" the Buyer of the Raffia Kyiv online shop has the right to return or exchange for a similar good-quality Product within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, if the Product does not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons it cannot be used as intended.

The exchange or return of the Product of proper quality is carried out:

• if the Product has not been used;
• if the product appearance, consumer properties and labels of the Product are preserved;
• on the basis of the settlement document issued to the Consumer together with the sold Product.

Exchange or return of good quality goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

According to Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer of the Raffia Kyiv online shop has the right, in the event of discovery within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, of Product of inadequate quality to demand a proportional reduction in the price, or free elimination of Product defects within a reasonable time, or compensation for the costs of elimination defects of the Product.

Product replacement takes place:

• if the Product is available - immediately;
• in the case of checking the quality of the Product - 14 days;
• in case of non-availability of the Product - 2 months from the moment of submission of the application.

Defects of the Product presented by the Consumer must be eliminated within 14 days from the date of its presentation or by agreement of the parties at another time.
